Professor Lamia Benantar is a Professor of Neurosurgery at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Marrakech, Cadi Ayyad University, and practices at Ibn Tofail Hospital, Mohammed VI University Hospital Center, Marrakech, Morocco. She is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education and contributes to the development of educational innovation in health sciences. Her main areas of interest include cranial and spinal neurosurgery, neuroendoscopy, and medical education, with a particular focus on competency-based medical education, workplace-based assessment, and educational leadership
